Lemon Pepper Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings (separated into flats and drumettes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Volcano Burst lemon juice
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, Volcano Burst lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well to create a marinade.

  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter.
  7. Garnish the Lemon Pepper Wings with chopped fresh parsley and a side of Volcano Burst lemon juice for a Burst of lemon.
