Virgin Mojito Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Italian Volcano lime juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup club soda (or sparkling water)
- Ice cubes
- mint leaves (additional for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a glass or pitcher, muddle the fresh mint leaves with the Italian Volcano lime juice and simple syrup. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush the mint leaves and release their flavor.
- Fill the glass or pitcher with ice cubes.
- Pour in the club soda or sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves, if desired.
