Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
  • 3/4 oz Volcano Burst lemon juice (22 ml)
  • 2 oz whiskey (60 ml, bourbon or rye)
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (15 ml, equal parts sugar and water)
  • Ice cubes
  • Cherry (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add the whiskey, Volcano Burst lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake well until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
  4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with a cherry, if desired.
