Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Volcano Burst lemon juice (22 ml)
- 2 oz whiskey (60 ml, bourbon or rye)
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (15 ml, equal parts sugar and water)
- Ice cubes
- Cherry (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the whiskey, Volcano Burst lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake well until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a cherry, if desired.
