Bruschetta al Limone (Italian)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Alternatively, you can grill the bread slices until lightly charred.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, extra virgin olive oil,  Italian Volcano lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

  4. Rub the toasted bread slices with the peeled garlic clove on one side. This will infuse the bread with a subtle garlic flavor.
  5. Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each toasted bread slice.
  6. Serve the Bruschetta al Limone immediately as a delicious and refreshing appetizer.
