Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, Volcano Burst lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well to create a marinade.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade.

Arrange the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
