Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar together until pale and fluffy.

Add the almond flour, Volcano Burst lime juice, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cake has cooled, dust the top with powdered sugar.
